Day Wellness Retreats FAQs

What Does a Typical Wellness Retreat Look Like?

Although we don’t always keep our retreats the same, we always ensure there is a range of fitness activities, as well as an array of great food and drink for you to enjoy. A typical retreat may include:


  • Welcome Refreshments

  • 1 Hour Yoga Class 

  • 2 Hour Nordic Walking Session including walk taking in views around the beautiful Chatsworth Estate

  • Lunch, Refreshments & Cake

Are Wellness Retreats Worth It?

Yes! As you get two instructor-led fitness sessions, food, and drink included in the price, we would say our fitness retreats are well worth it. Both our Yoga and Nordic Walking sessions come with equipment for you to use, so there is no need to go out and buy anything specifically for the day. 

What Other Activities Do We Offer?

We are passionate about all things fitness here at MVMT, not only do we offer wellness retreats, but we also offer Pilates and Nordic Walking classes. Pilates instructor Sarah runs regular group matwork classes in the Hope Valley and Chesterfield area, offering classes as well as private or semi private lessons - which are available on request.

We also offer regular Nordic Walking sessions where you can learn the British Nordic Walking 10-step Technique. We offer 1-1 sessions or there is a monthly group social walk which you can also book onto if you're happy with the Nordic Walking technique already.
