Nordic Walking is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities and our sessions are all about improving health and wellbeing in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. It’s easy to get started, poles are provided and you just need some outdoor clothing suitable for the weather.
Small group and individual classes available as well as regular group walks once you've learnt the technique.
