We offer a number of activities that help you move better whilst giving you an essential break from day to day life to focus on mind and body nourishment, or to focus on some time for you. We offer small group Pilates classes and instructor-led group Pilates classes in the Hope Valley and Chesterfield area. Great for mobility and injury rehabilitation, Pilates focuses on building strength, improving balance, posture and increasing flexibility through gentle movements.

Learn to Nordic Walk on one of our fun and friendly beginner or advanced sessions at the beautiful Longshaw Estate. Nordic Walking is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities and our sessions are all about improving health and wellbeing in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.
